Sensei Ross Pryce leads our club in the Surrey Region. He has been training in martial arts since the age of 8 years old and is 2nd Dan black belt in Karate.
During his career, Ross was selected to represent England at both a National and International level, most notably winning Silver in his individual category at the 2008 British Championships held in Venice and Gold in the team event. Ross was also selected to represent England In the Shikon England Karate team in the Junior Men’s over 75kg A squad.
Ross opened Pro-Karate Academy with Chelsea Sydes in 2015 but has been teaching Karate as a qualified instructor since 2006.
Since opening Pro-Karate Academy Ross has continued to develop his passion to teach full time and grow his club to ensure his students perform at an excellent standard at both regional and national levels.
Ross is an outstanding member of the Pro-Karate team, providing the highest standard of teaching in a safe and welcoming environment.
Ross is fully qualified and insured to teach martial arts and is also a qualified first aider.
In addition to the traditional Karate syllabus Ross also teaches sport karate on a regular basis. Ross is also a highly qualified personal trainer so has an extensive knowledge of how our bodies can be used to there potential.
Ross understands the intense journey to Blackbelt and is always keen to help all of his students every step of the way.
