Sensei Douglas Oliveira has been training under Sensei Ross Pryce since age 5 and made it to black belt in 2020.

Douglas has competed multiple times at regional level and won many awards along the way. He will continue to train and compete alongside other squad members within Pro-Karate Academy.

Douglas has given up many hours to learn our syllabus and to focus on being an assistant instructor for the last 4 years so has an amazing knowledge of Karate and is looking forward to sharing his excellent teaching skills.

Douglas hopes to follow in the footsteps of his peers and now guide his own students on their Karate journeys. He is fully qualified and insured to teach both traditional and sport Karate and is a qualified first aider.
